Compensatory Strategies and Dyslexia

Current neuroscientific research using brain imaging is leading to a better understanding of the compensatory strategies used by dyslexics during reading and reading intervention. Join educators, parents and interested adults to discuss the current work and research related to understanding the effects of using compensatory strategies during reading for individuals with dyslexia and the potential for using this research to predict more effective intervention plans and how quickly students will respond to intervention.
